In the event of cancellation by the participants, we’ll return 90% of the booking value. The cancellation deadline is 24 hours prior to departure. No refund after that deadline. The tours will take place up to 20 participants. Viaggi Molinari reserves the right to cancel the tour at any moment and provides the refund of the money paid to us. Viaggi Molinari reserves the right to change the program to face unexpected needs. Viaggi Molinari is not responsible for any damage that may occur for reasons of force majeure or fault of third parties. The liability of Viaggi Molinari cannot exceed the limit required by the rules of the international agreement of the law 1084/1977 and the L.D.79/2011 of the Consumer Code.
